Refund policy

Items must be exchanged with proof of receipt within 7 days of purchase. Items will only be eligible for an exchange if the items are in new, unused condition (no stains or odors such as cigarette smoke, animal odors, etc.). All refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit only. 

If you purchased an online order and had your item/items shipped, please reach out to us within 7 business days to make arrangements for your return. We will issue you a store credit once we receive the items and verify that they are in new, unused condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

FINAL SALE items are as follows: Earrings, ALL bath and body products such as body wash, bar soaps, body creams/lotions, ChapSticks, perfumes/body sprays, hair perfumes, and self-tanning items. Food and beverage items are also final sale items.
